The length of the rope is 310 cm which allows for easy skipping for adults up to 195 cm in length. The length of the rope is adjustable and has a built-in high-quality, 360° rotatable, high-speed ball bearing to ensure smooth effortless rotation and avoid tangling. Delivered with a storage pouch (21 x 14 cm) made from recycled PET plastic, which provides a great area for printing a logo.
